a month agoWe have been to Fort Lauderdale many times pre-cruise and this is the first time we have stayed here. Likely the best hotel we’ve been to so far that’s close to the port, but, also has wonderful amenities and service! Even though it was very busy when we arrived, check-in with seamless and Alex behind the front desk was amazing!! He was super friendly and offered us complementary water bottles right away! We were very early for check-in because our flight arrival But he graciously waived the early check-in fee. One of the elevators was being serviced when we arrived, and because of the very slight inconvenience, he offered us to complementary appetizers at the pool bar. We had absolutely no problems bringing our suitcases up the stairs, but he insisted that this was a guest inconvenience and provide provided us the vouchers! The room was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. The maid came in the next day to make up our bed and provide clean towels. Pool bar service was great, a bit pricey for food and drink drinks but delicious. The poolside views are right beside the marina. Would absolutely stay here again!

a month agod I wanted to personally share how impressed we were with the entire experience. Your security team was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the event. The hotel staff overall was so accommodating and made everything run seamlessly. A special thank you to Kevin at the front desk, who was always available to help with anything we needed and did so with a smile. His positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference. We look forward to hosting many more events at your property. Thank you again for such outstanding service!

2 months agoBest hotel I have ever stayed at! Great service, beautiful, clean, and modern rooms with amazing views. All staff were very kind and approachable. In a place where Uber is super fast with pickups, you can get anywhere just fine even though the walking experience puts this hotel a bit away from other things despite being downtown. I was very happy with my corner room and my balcony with the awesome views! It really helped bring my trip to life with such a great place to crash each night! :)

3 months agoHere for work, good location for business across from convention center. Stayed in west villas. Room was nice, beds were good, a bit small. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the harbour. Bathroom was our major trouble area. Didn’t come stocked with lotions or amenities, however we did ask the front desk and they gave use some. The biggest problem which made the bathroom almost un useable was the shower, every time you use it, it flooded the bathroom. Cafe in lobby is great, especially when short on time, good pastries and decent coffee. Saved us a lot of time in the mornings Overall not a bad business stay. Our travel partner stayed in the tower and said it was much better.

2 months agoThe rooms are setup nice and have a nice bathroom and shower, but the keycard was deactivated every time I left my room and had to get them to reactivate the key card and made me late since I wasn’t able to get back into my room when I needed. When you’re downstairs just trying to get a keycard at the front desk the hotel employees absolutely ignore everything else around them an it takes forever for them to check anyone in. Last night they tried to put me in a room that still had trash on the dresser and used towels on the floor when I walked in and there wasn’t even an apology about it; they just moved me over to the west wing where it was incredibly humid in the hallway and took forever to get the room cool.
