a month agoExceptional Service & Outstanding Hospitality at Hilton Downtown Miami My stay at Hilton Downtown Miami was nothing short of excellent, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Magaly at the front desk. From the very moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately set the tone for a great stay. Magaly took the time to recognize my Hilton Gold status, which truly made a difference. She explained my benefits clearly, ensured everything was perfectly arranged, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to help with any questions or requests showed how much she truly cares about guest satisfaction. What stood out most was how personal and sincere her service felt. She didn’t just check me in, she made me feel at home. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness, and Magaly does this effortlessly. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, conveniently located, and lives up to the Hilton standard, but it’s employees like Magaly who elevate the experience from good to unforgettable. She is a true asset to the Hilton brand. I highly recommend Hilton Downtown Miami and will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Magaly, for making my stay so welcoming and memorable!

a month ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hilton Miami Downtown We had an incredible stay at the Hilton Miami Downtown! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The GSA who checked us in was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond by offering us an early check‑in and sharing really helpful information about the area. The team members who handled our bags as we were leaving were also fantastic—super professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. We spent quite a bit of time at the lobby bar, and the entire bar and service team were exceptional. The martinis were delicious, the bar menu was great, and the service made it even better. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and our room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

a week agoLocation Good for multiple places to eat and visit. About 20-30 min ride to south beach. Food Bar is a Starbucks in the morning then serves lunch and dinner with good food and drink selection. Rooms Seem out dated, no USB outlets, chaulking all over bathrooms, worst bed and pillows I have come across. Views from 19th floor were good. Elevator system is nice as it expedited lines with room based touch screen.

a month agoVery disappointing stay at this hotel. Staff are incompetent and management is lacking and just not a great feel. I am diamond with Hilton so stay regularly at hotels but this place was not right. Room not ready for 4pm check in and then told I can have a lower level room which I agreed to but not told it was right by the lift which is my one no no as a light sleeper (910). Room was comfortable but housekeeping do not clean. No shower gel, shampoo running out, dirty glasses in the cupboard and hardly noticed housekeeping had been as they did not make the beds although they did give us new towels. Note the staff hardly speak any English!! Pressure is non existent. Breakfast was decent although expensive. The bar turns into a Starbucks in the morning but the staff here were more competent. No key card needed so am told a lot of “ladies/men” of the night use this hotel for entertaining so our room next to us was like a revolving door - management did nothing. Location is ok, although not much around. Very tired and could do with a refurb.

2 weeks agoMy experience at Hilton Miami was extremely disappointing. The towels in the room were dirty and torn, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and reputation. On top of that, when I went to the pool, there were no towels available at all — which is absurd for a hotel carrying the Hilton name. I expected much better organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The structure itself may be nice, but the lack of proper maintenance and management completely ruins the experience. For a hotel of this category, this is unacceptable. It needs significant improvement.
