Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove with stunning views and an unbeatable location. The suites are spacious, clean, and well laid out, making it perfect for both short stays and longer visits. The rooftop pool and terrace are a huge plus — great for relaxing while taking in the Miami skyline and bay views. Staff was professional and accommodating, check-in was smooth, and everything felt well maintained. You’re steps away from CocoWalk, restaurants, nightlife, and the marina, yet the hotel itself feels calm and upscale. If you’re looking for a stylish stay with convenience, comfort, and great views, this is an excellent choice in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend.

I've stayed at multiple units here and enjoyed all of them. The building mixes hotel, rentals and ownership. It's not a problem from my perspective, I've found it to be very calm and noise-free. The parking garage is convenient and easy to find spots and navigate. The area is incredible, it's right in the best part of the Grove.

Safe, comfortable hotel with a nice view of the Bay (as advertised), a small functional balcony with two chairs, and thus a sliding glass door that allowed ocean breezes. The front desk folks were OK, but were not particularly friendly or helpful. The valet guys were great. The main thing was the comfortable room - in the small hotel space they had a fit in a well-stocked kitchen with a full fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc. The bathroom was nice with space to put out toiletries. Good lighting throughout, good plugs for electronics. The hallways and guests were quiet and clean. Good value overall.

My stay at the hotel was overall amazing. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the parking and valet services were excellent. I truly have no complaints about the room, amenities, pool, views, or overall comfort of the property. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the booking experience and customer service. I booked through a third party and later learned that the reservation was considered an Airbnb within the hotel, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Once this was discovered, interactions with the front desk became noticeably less accommodating. I was repeatedly told that because I booked through Airbnb, they were unable to assist me and that I needed to contact the Airbnb property manager instead. Unfortunately, the property manager was very difficult to reach and only responded on the day of check-in, which made addressing simple questions unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, I found the front desk customer service to be lacking in basic courtesy. I was not greeted upon arrival or departure. During checkout, while a younger staff member greeted me in Spanish, I do not speak Spanish, and the manager on duty simply stated, “You’re all set,” without a greeting or any inquiry about my stay. The lack of basic acknowledgment or friendliness stood out. It felt as though there may be a misconception or policy that guests who book through Airbnb do not require the same level of courtesy or customer service, which was disappointing. That said, aside from the customer service experience, everything else about the stay was excellent.

The location is great but unfortunately that is all that is worth commending them for. The rooms are very outdated and the service was inconsistent at best. We booked through Booking.com and when we arrived they did not have our reservation. They made amends by giving us an "upgraded" room in size and view but the room was smaller than we paid for and did not have a view. The second and third night they honored our original ask of a suite by moving us but they also promised they would waive the first night and did not end up doing that upon checkout. Ultimately if you need a place to stay in Coconut Grove and want value for the money you spend, do not stay here.
