2 months agoI stayed here for 2 nights while visiting USF for my wife’s meeting, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is very comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for both business and short leisure stays. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which is excellent. They serve freshly made omelettes on demand, customized exactly to your choice, along with several other breakfast options. Everything was fresh, well-organized, and satisfying. Another great feature is the evening reception, where guests can enjoy two complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of their choice, along with light snacks. It’s a really nice touch after a long day and adds great value to the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, as expected from Embassy Suites. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and pleasant, and the view from the property is also quite nice, adding to the relaxing experience. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is convenient, especially if you’re visiting USF, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Overall, Embassy Suites by Hilton offers great value with excellent amenities, good food, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful extras. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

3 months agoI stayed for a conference at this hotel for 3 nights. First impressions were that the hotel was very clean overall, I can't say enough good things about the staff that I encountered while I was there. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. When I arrived, I had a massage table that needed to be taken from the entrance to the ballroom. A gentleman came with a cart and wheeled my massage table to the ballroom so that I didn't have to carry it there or roll it in myself. Luggage storage was a definite bonus as I was also able to store it until it was time to check in after my class. I only had one issue that first evening, which was that my door lock battery stopped working, locking me out of my room. But within 20 minutes, engineer came and let me back into the room and fix the lock. The only complaint that I have is that taking a shower at 9:00 at night each night meant that they were out of hot water, forcing me to take cool / cold showers. Not the end of the world. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants karma for those who like doing those things. Of course the hospitals, Moffitt Cancer Center, and the VA are all nearby. I believe the hotel also offers shuttle service to a lot of local attractions and perhaps even the hospitals. Busch Gardens is also close by, as is MOSI (not a great place for adults though). I took advantage of the fact that the hotel was closed to the USF Botanical gardens, which was only a 13 minute walk. I picked a room that overlooked the trees so that I had a nice view from my bed. The room itself was well-appointed and clean. The public restroom was also very clean. I didn't try the restaurant, so I don't know what it was like. Breakfast was okay, but then I'm not really one who enjoys hotel breakfasts that much. There were the usual times like diced and cooked potatoes, eggs, fruit, muffins, pastries, and bagels to eat. They also offered eggs made to order and I'm let's, as well as bacon and sausage. I was in room 326.

a month agoMy sister-in-law and I came up on a girls 4 day weekend. (March 5-9) We had a great time. The staff was awesome..Matt-bar and driver to Adventure Island. Kat-bar and waitress at the Mangrove cafe’. Dave-driver to Busch Gardens. Keys-driver to Busch Gardens. Last, but not least…Angel-manager over the bar and mezzanine area.(please forward this to them…they are a great group of people) Everyone was very informative and friendly. I will recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back. Thank you!

3 months agoThis is the third time VA has placed me here for my appointments since I live in Palm Bay(almost 3 hours away). The hotel is kept very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb with a happy to serve you staff. I comment them for being so happy and cheerful so early in the morning. They're on top of keeping everything clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and help you in any which way possible they can. The room was spacious, super clean and the bed super comfortable with no shortage of pillows. I haven't stayed long enough for the happy hour they offer but I'm very sure the staff is just as friendly and serviceable as the breakfast crew.Shuttle service available and the driver is very safe, friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone staying in the area. Very close to the VA hospital, University and Bush Garden's. If your looking for a very nice place to stay with great services and awesome staff, this hotel is worth every penny. Highly recommend. Can't wait till next stay.

3 months agoService was amazing. The women at the front desk were perfect and helpful. Angela at the restaurant was great as well. The bartender was perfect every night that we stayed. She gave the best service during happy hour. The breakfast every morning was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back. We caught the shuttle to Busch Gardens and that was an amazing and safe experience. The only issue that I hurt with this location where that the actual showers were a little outdated and that is clean as they could be.
