Hilton Palm Beach PBI

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Palm Beach. From the moment I arrived the staff were pleasant and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire visit. Murat, the front desk manager, was phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and attentive to every need, making check-in and every interaction effortless. Breakfast each morning was top notch, with an outstanding omelet station and restaurant staff who were efficient and genuinely kind. My room was comfortable, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Small touches throughout the property added to the experience and showed genuine care for guests. I highly recommend the Hilton Palm Beach for anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a delicious breakfast to start the day.

While this facility could use an upgrade, overall it's an excellent place to stay. The facilities are very good including an excellent fitness center, decent rooms, and great location. A best of all are the people who work here. They are incredibly kind, hard-working, and very friendly. Rarely have I come across such an outstanding and wonderful set of team members. They are truly what separates this from average hotels.

I traveled for work and stayed on property for multiple days and everything exceeded expectations. I had breakfast every day inside the beautiful veranda - nice breakfast buffet and made-to-order eggs. The tiki bar was perfect for a casual lunch poolside. And the Italian restaurant Osteria by Capri is fantastic! Don’t be fooled just because this is technically an “airport” hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly all throughout, and the airport shuttle service is efficient with very welcoming drivers.

We had a suite. The room had a tile floor instead of carpet. The tile floor was so dirty our socks turned black. The closet was very small and was filled with a huge safe, luggage rack, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. It was a storage closet with no room to hang anything. The shuttle took over 30 minutes to pick us up from the airport. Took over 30 minutes to check in. Only one person at the desk. Went to front desk requesting a rate reduction for such a horrible room. They offered more points. I am Diamond with Hilton. Travel to West Palm multiple times a year. There are MUCH nicer hotels in the area than this one.

It was a poor experience, showers were dirty didn’t ever seem clean as we had hair on the ceiling and all around the edges of the bathroom even before we got there. Hotel AC just runs all night and doesn’t ever seem to cool down it’s just musty air moving around. Beds aren’t comfortable there basically on wood slats. Only thing decent about this hotel is the lobby as that’s only place you want to be as it’s actually nice. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it got some serious renovations.
