I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Tru by Hilton, and that is 100% because of Sky. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Sky was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her attitude. She didn’t just do her job she owned it. Any questions I had were answered confidently, she anticipated needs before I even asked, and she handled everything with such calm efficiency and warmth that it instantly made me feel taken care of. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and Sky absolutely does. In an industry where great service can be hit or miss, Sky is the kind of employee that sets the standard. She represents the Tru by Hilton brand incredibly well and turns a regular stay into a memorable one. If management is reading this, Sky is a huge asset to your team reliable, personable, and someone guests will remember long after they check out. Because of Sky, I would absolutely return to this location and recommend it to others without hesitation. She was hands down the best part of my stay and deserves serious recognition for the outstanding job she does every single day.

I had a great stay at the Tru by Hilton in Orlando! I really love the modern, fresh design of the hotel — everything feels fun and comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One thing that really stood out to me was the bath products. The body wash and body lotion from a brand called Not Radio Soap were surprisingly good — definitely better than the typical hotel toiletries. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with different options to choose from each morning. It’s a nice way to start the day before exploring Orlando. The only downside was the $20 parking fee per day, which felt a bit high. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely come back!

Did a last minute booking here because we missed our flight. Arrived around 10:30 pm. Was hungry but the only place open is the area behind the reception where you can buy pizza, sandwiches, chips and drinks. I booked a Standard King Bed but got two beds because they said it is the only one availble. No electrical kettle, coffee/tea set in the room but there is coffee all day at the ground floor. Beds are comfy, room size is good. Bathroom didnt have stuff like shower cap, toothbrush etc. Breakfast was simple but adequate if you are in a hurry. I asked for late checkout. He very coldly gave me until 12 noon because they are booked but they are not booked if I pay extra $50. I didn't inquire further.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was happy to have a handicapped room. The walk-in shower was very nice and the bathroom and shower floor wasn't slippery at all. The bed was comfortable but the pillows created neck pain that never went away. I was disappointed that I had to use my subscriptions for movie channels. There's only one chair in the room, though the room was roomy enough to accommodate a regular chair. All they have is a chair on castor wheels for the desk. We were surprised that there's no microwave in the room, nor coffee maker but there is a mini fridge. I highly recommend anyone getting a room here to bring a nightlight as the room is dark and the bathroom light is very bright. The breakfast is tolerable once but not twice. The scrambled eggs might have started as a powder because they had very little flavor. The coffee is good. The room has no art anywhere. Surely for the high investment to stay here, some of these missing things shouldn't break the bank. I appreciated the security of using your room key to use the elevator and enter the parking lot after checking in. I guess I expected more from a hotel associated with the name, Hilton.
