a week agoGreat place! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, with a great variety of options to start your day right. The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially want to highlight Gabriel at the reception. He is extremely professional, kind, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable with his warm and friendly service. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

2 weeks agoUpon check-in - we were taken care of by Christopher. He was very cordial and made sure our needs for our accommodation was met. Great environment and atmosphere at the property. Multiple pools to enjoy. Great restaurant on the property with live music. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. I will say the rooms may need some refurbished by the villas but overall satisfied with the amenities and experience.

3 weeks agoStayed twice now and overall very pleased with a few things. Location is perfect and most things are 10/20 min drive. Rooms are nice, usual Orlando look and feel but the beds are really comfy. Staff are generally all really nice. Parking is easy enough, lots of spaces. Just a nice hotel for stopping for 1-2 nights! Very pleased.

in the last weekMy experience at this hotel over the weekend was very disappointing. I booked two rooms for my family (including young children and elderly adults), and from the moment we arrived at the lobby, things went downhill. One of the staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful. He directed us to a dark, isolated area of the hotel, where we had to climb stairs and encountered people smoking marijuana. When we entered the rooms, we were hit with a strong smell of humidity and dirt—completely unacceptable, especially considering the health risks for our family members. We went back to the lobby to complain, and the same staff member told us there was nothing he could do. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in—who, to be fair, was the only good part of this experience—that we were offered a solution. He kindly moved us to two rooms inside the main building, which were in slightly better condition, but the humidity and bad odor persisted. This leads me to believe the hotel has serious maintenance issues. On top of that, they charge $30 per night for parking, but the parking area has no security at all. The entrance gate was broken, so we didn’t even need a card to enter. Overall, the price we paid does not reflect the quality of service or the condition of the facilities. I hope this review helps the hotel take the necessary steps to improve customer service and the state of their infrastructure.

a month agoPictures and reception area are deceiving, this hotel was terrible. I was lucky to get a somewhat better room in the tower bc I needed an elevator for my disabled child. My original room on the 2nd floor had neighbors that dried laundry outside. Room needed to be sanitized (as well as my room in the tower). No parking places for the tower, so we had to park near reception and walk. This area and amenities are awesome which is why the room was disappointing. Hilton should really do better with this hotel. They have a weird smell and roaches.
