in the last weekDog friendly & ocean front! Clean and great staff. The rooms were a tad outdated but I have no complaints it did the job and the price was right! My friend and I stayed one night ocean front for $203 and paid $40 for valet! (Regular parking is $30 do the valet!) the pools were clean and the hot was awesome! Literally steps from the beach. Great experience all around!

a month agoThe location was great! It was right in the middle of the strip and in walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants and fun family things to do. The staff was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will say the valet staff was by far the best thing about this hotel! They always went above and beyond for me on a daily basis! They would give me restaurant recommendations and tell me where the best places to go shopping. Every single valet staff member was so nice and made it worth staying at that hotel. The worst part of the hotel are the beds. The mattresses are horrible! They killed my back to the point that I would wake up in pain and wouldn't get mush sleep. The mini fridge was tiny and it was sitting on the floor. The room was so dark and there wasn't many plugs for me to be able to change my electronics. The rooms really need updating. They are definitely lacking. Oh and the elevators weren't working properly. The Hilton use to one of the nicest most high end places to stay and this just wasn't that.

3 weeks agoHonesty time. Room bathroom was gross. Shower handle was cracked … TWICE! Floor tiles in the bather were cracked everywhere, looked like a demolition. Mirrors were rusty. Caulk was rusted around shower. Bed was fine and floor was ok, although uneven in multiple places. Would not spend more than $100 a night here. On checkout day, at 9am, housekeeping asked us when are we leaving. We told them 11 am when checkout is… minutes later they proceeded to knock again to ask us when we are leaving… we reminded them 11am …. Minutes later they knocked a 3rd time and asked when are we leaving… 2 times is understandable, 3 times is rude and suggested they wanted us to leave. Won’t be back anytime soon. Only great thing was the lobby. Parking requires you to park across the street in a not so good area. Stay armed if traveling with family. Drinks are good here, at least the one that I had at the rum room. Other than that, rooms are kinda gross, wish I could have posted pictures but didn’t think I was going to get practically thrown out. I’ve stayed at far better hotels in Daytona and trust me… that’s not a good thing. Do better Hilton!

in the last weekUpon arrival, we didn’t arrrive until 4 am .i came in to check in and the lady working the desk told us our room had been canceled for no show(we paid in advance ) she said she was able to re estate our room, she then tells me my credit card will have a hold for 75 dollars a night per night (which typically they just place one hold on your card ) then tells me that parking is a additional 30 a night or 40 if you want valet parking , which I had no idea we had to pay for parking ! Parking was super inconvenient!! It was was behind the BBQ place and your room key was supposed to let you into the lot (our room key never worked once to get into the lot ) you had to wait to cross the street at the cross walk and walk all the way over and behind the bbq place to even reach your car and on a Friday we couldn’t even find a place to park , we had no house keeping the whole stay , not once was our beds made or trash taken out of the room . The elevator situation was crazy!! On Friday the line to get onto the elevators was all the way thru the lobby to the entry door . The elevators sounded liked they was going to break (we didn’t get stuck on them ) a few times we just took the stairs because the wait to get onto the elevator was so long . My friend just had back surgery and this was extremely hard on her . This hotel was extremely inconvenient when it came to elevator situation and parking . Also the beach access stairs close to the hotel was closed due to repairs which we had no idea until we seen it and you had to walk further down to reach a access point which again isn’t good for someone with a bad back . Overall i would not stay here again and I’ve never had issues with a Hilton Hotel before .

3 weeks agoI recently stayed at the Hilton Daytona, and it was a complete disappointment. The rooms were filthy—the scratchy carpet felt disgusting, and the furniture was beaten up with cracks, scrapes, and missing chunks. The overall quality was more like a budget motel than a Hilton. The worst issue was the elevators—most didn’t work, leaving thousands of guests, including families and kids, forced to take the stairs. Those that did work were terrifying—one had no lights, another had exposed components, and they made noises straight out of a horror movie. Even with techs constantly working on them, only one or two were ever operational. I had an injury and had to be moved to a lower floor because I physically couldn’t walk up eight flights. Once moved to a handicap-accessible room on the fourth floor, I encountered another major issue—the shower. The water temperature would randomly switch from ice cold to scalding hot with no way to control it. If I were truly disabled and unable to move quickly, I could have been severely burned. This is a serious safety hazard, and the hotel should be held accountable. To make matters worse, everything in the hotel closed early. On a Friday night, even the marketplace shut down by 10 PM, leaving no way to get a bottle of water—despite many guests having late-night events. The only positive was the friendly staff, but the condition of this hotel has completely changed my view of the Hilton brand. I used to associate Hilton with class and quality, but after this experience, it feels more like a rundown Holiday Inn or Motel 6. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and I will never stay here again.
