a week agoI expected this resort to be bare bones. I have no qualms about it. I was there for a week. My son was at Imagineering camp, so I spent 70% of my time on the property or in my room. The resort has a motel feel because all the doors are on the outside. Even though it has a motel feel it is very clean. Once you're in the room, it doesn't feel like a motel. The family suite is a little small. I would say. They have the hide-a-beds in the wall. If you were to pull both of them down it would get a little tight in there. But it is sufficient for a big family and having space for them to sleep, understanding that you're going to be spending most of your time in the park for the day. For the price, this is a good option for families on a budget. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are sufficient. The only issue I had was with the coffee. I wish it was better. The coffee machine itself was one of the ones that pours water over a coffee bag. I like a stronger coffee so that wasn't good for me. I just threw the cup in the microwave so that it could steep longer instead of using the coffee machine. Again, this is just something that is just my opinion, not related to the quality of the resort.

a week agoThe rooms were very cool. The beds fold down out of the wall and the rooms are pretty quiet for all the life happening. The service was amazing plus the resort is very clean kept. Everyone is super helpful. The cafeteria is open for the drink station anytime. I can't wait to come back!!!

a month agoExcellent opportunity to stay on Disney property. Rooms were clean and well maintained. pull down bed was easy to use and comfortable. Pool was huge and the Poolside DJ kept the kids attention. Easy access right to the Disney gate via the regular busses that stop right outside the hotel lobby. Great experience.

a week agoWe had a 3 queen bed 2 bath suite. The bathrooms were large, and I loved the fact that you could close off the toilet/shower area to the dressing part. The bedroom was spacious but the 2 pull down queen beds in the living area were a little cramped and had to be pulled up in order to have a table and couch. The kitchenette was nice but it could have had extra trash bags, dish towels and dishwasher liquid. It was a convenient location and being on the first floor and near the parking area, pool and check in was nice. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this resort and stay again.

2 weeks agoI had a good time staying here this past week. It was a throwback from 20 years ago when we stayed at disney for the first time. They need a drink machine towards the back of the resort where building 4 and 5 are. Really long walk to the restaurant to fill your mug. I forgot my bag at the geyser point restaurant and front desk called them to secure it for me. Outstanding job, young lady. I can't remember her name, but she was being trained by Thomas. That's the kind of service that makes you want to go back.
