Double Tree By Hilton Hotel at Universal Entrance Rooms Avg $110/Night

Great location, as it’s nearby to Universal Studios and near some restaurants. Very great for conferences as well. The pool was big and loved that there was a splash pad for the kids and hot tub. Also very convenient that they have a starbucks and breakfast buffet and pizza & burger place right in the hotel! The rooms are a bit out dated, but really spacious. Hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming— from the front desk folks, housekeeper, valet and even just any worker i walked by! The only thing that sucked was the $33 per day parking, but i get it the parking was very secure. Would definitely come back here in the future!

*** THIS IS A SHOUT OUT ALERT**** I haven't even completed my stay yet but I can absolutely tell you based off of the hospitality recieved from this amazing front desk clerk named Liz, I will be back!! The energy you feel from her over the phone is top tier! This lady has literally made my day by being helpful, kind AND PATIENT!!! So thank you Liz!!!! THANK YOU for loving your career so much that people feel welcomed before the even arrive!! You are setting the bar high for all Hilton properties and restoring my faith in Hilton and humanity!! In all my years of being alive this is my absolute favorite hotel. The rooms were great, the location was convenient, the customer service was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. But the BEST part about this hotel hands down are the cookies. Don’t be shy to ask for more, trust me if you’re nice they’ll give you more. If you’re mean, they’ll probably still give you more that’s how good the customer service is haha.

Great location with okay amenities. Very close to universal with complementary shuttle and easy access to highways. The service is impeccable. Hotel staff are kind, accommodating, and very joyful. Price for two nights was reasonable. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated and not very clean. Our second and last night, the room reeked of cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking hotel. I let the staff know and they were happy to help. I’d stay here again for the staff alone.

The sleeping rooms were well maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. It is a safe place to stay and quiet enough for me to sleep well. The food is not that great, I recommend eating outside of the hotel. The check-in area needs some maintenance, and there was an active water leak when I arrived. It was patched at the time of checkout, but there were a lot of water stains on the ceiling. Needs some renovation.
