a week agoWhere do I begin? My reason for booking was to be close to the Yuengling center and it was very close, not even 10 minutes away so I didn't have to stress about being late for my event. The staff were excellent and very kind ,especially Priyanka at the front desk when I arrived. Upon check in I received a welcome back with snacks which I've never had before. Loved that! The breakfast bar was delicious and never left empty. They even have a make your own omelet bar and had other foods not typically seen at other hotels. My room was spacious and better than expected, very clean. I only have two complaints. One is the check in time is very late at 4 o clock which we made it work, but still not ideal. Second, paying to park my own car. If it were valet parking, I'd understand, but to park my own car eh. Overall, though minor things did not deter my visit from being amazing! Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

2 months agoWell, another successful CEDIA Tech summit is in the books. I have to say this Embassy Suites is a great venue, always clean, and the entire Team there is absolutely awesome. BUT A BIG SHOUT OUT TO Oishi at the front desk. What a wonderful person, I had a minor headache before the show started and purchased some asprin, we started to chat and I told her what a wonderful lunch they prepared for us the day before and how nice everyone was. She made me her guest of the day saying how nice it was to speak to me. Lunch was absolutely delicious. The chicken, fruit salad, rice, and corn were perfect. But I have to say I absolutely had the best piece of Carrot Cake I have EVER had in my life for dessert, too bad they don't sell by the whole cake.

2 months agoThis was a far cry from the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, where we just came from. The building is older, but very well maintained and CLEAN. One of my biggest pet peeves is a dirty room. I was delighted to see how clean our room was. Shout out to the cleaning staff as I rarely give 5 stars. Also, a shout out to Anna, who is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The location was perfect as it is near many of the sights and attractions we were interested. Highly recommend!

2 weeks agoCheck in was easy & and painless. There's a way you can do it on their app, although we used conventional means. The place is spacious & clean. The room was very nice & clean with an extra table & sofa with TV. The bed is firm & it was very quiet. We went for 2 free drinks & each morning they have a nice, real breakfast. The help was really nice & eager to help. The only thing that disappointed me was that the listing said it had a jacuzzi but when they renovated the pool, they took out the jacuzzi. I was really looking forward to it. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay & would definitely return when we come back to this area.

a week agoBeautiful hotel and great location. However my husband and I booked a king room and were told we were being put in a two bed double room. Not comfortable for 2 people in the same bed. Their bathroom body wash was stuck closed so we were unable to use it. Then around 9:45 am we went down and requested some additional toothpaste. We were told they would be sending some up right away. We decided to wait in our room before getting breakfast so we could get the toothpaste. 10:20 we decided to call and ask on an ETA and they once again told us they would send up toothpaste right away. 10:40 we called again and once again heard that they were bringing it up right away. We figured at that point no one was sending toothpaste so we figured go eat a bit of breakfast… we walk out at 10:41 and breakfast was all packed away.
