2 weeks agoTucked away perfectly. The rooms and staff are great. Attended the Mayor’s Masked Ball benefiting the United Negro College Fund and stayed over for the evening. Great events space and very comfy rooms with awesome views of the water

2 weeks agoAmazing! I’ve stayed at Ritz and 4 Seasons and was blown away by valet and front desk check in, responsiveness, upgrades, room cleanliness, decor, and views. Angel at the front desk went above and beyond and when I asked about giving a review he was so humble and said not necessary! HIGHLY RECOMMEND , my family will now be switching to Hyatt Hotels, I’m so impressed, thank you!

a month agoOverall, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay, though I might have just been unlucky. 1. The drainage was clogged, and the shower head didn’t work. 2. There was a water leak, with water coming out from the wall, leaving the carpet wet. We had to wear outdoor shoes inside since the room was too damp. 3. We were told the hotel was fully booked that night and that there was no way they could move us. Had to shower at the hotel gym. We were eventually relocated to a room with a functional shower head and drainage system the second day. Additionally, we were given a $100 credit, which essentially covered the $20 per night parking fee. 4. The hotel room could greatly benefit from an upgrade in sound isolation. That said, other than these issues, the hotel itself is pretty decent. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient for our needs.

a week agoThe hotel itself is very nice along with the restaurant located within it as well. Having said that, I’m a tad confused as to why there isn’t an automatic door at the front entrance, which would be quite beneficial for parents with strollers and/or guests in wheelchairs or scooters. Lastly, although our room was very nice, I was completely turned off when the guest services representative told me at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night that a majority of the housekeeping crew left and they weren’t accommodating new bed sheets at that time. After that phone experience, we decided to leave and didn’t want to spend the night. It’s highly unlikely that we will return, but I’d like to give a shoutout to Sherrill, a supervisor at the front desk, who assisted me with my concern prior to leaving.

a week agoUsed costco travels several times without a glitch except for this specific hotel experience. The receptionist won't pretty much let my husband check out without paying for the stay even though my husband was showing him our receipt of everything costco travels paid for.. this is $735! what an inconvenience for us because now we have to go through hoops to get our money back. Costco verified that everything was paid for! My recommendation is to train staff on this kind of transactions to not inconvenience guest the next time!
