4 months agoClean and bright and steps from the main strip in downtown Dunedin! Staff were excellent. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony more akin to a front porch. Nice little swimming pool.

a month agoThe rooms are very spacious, and the location is wonderful. However, if you’re a light sleeper like I am, be aware that the walls are quite thin. We stayed in room 104 and could clearly hear the TV and conversations from room 102, as well as significant noise from the hallway. I ultimately had to purchase noise-canceling headphones to sleep comfortably. Despite the noise, the stay was still enjoyable, just be sure to come prepared if you’re sensitive to sound.

2 months agoSince the moment my wife and I walked into the lobby of the Grant St Inn we felt welcomed. Shaina and another gentleman were there to help check us in. They were courteous and professional. The next day I had a billing question and Shaina was there to help. She did not give up and went above and beyond to help me. Thank You Shaina for your help. We just moved from our home in Dunedin and returned to visit. Shaina really did make our visit that much better.

2 months agoThe floors are loud and the doors don’t soft close. So, you hear everyone walking down the hall and every door shut. That’s the bad part. The good parts are the location, the room sizes, and did I mention the location? This is also not a party hotel, which is great for the weary traveler. But if you are a light sleeper (and my wife is), it may be a little rough.

5 months agoLocation is great, right in the middle of Dunedin, walking distance to some great places. The room was mixed, the bedroom was great. However the shower was not good, there was no hot water, barely lukewarm even after waiting 10 minutes. Also the shower wasn't cleaned properly, could see hairs on the wall.
