a month agoI'm forever a Hard Rock Hotel Fan! The service was great, the rooms were very good for a family-friendly hotel and the location in Daytona Beach was perfect. The beach access and pools were perfect. The youth club and restaurants were also great. All around a fantastic time. I wish I'd taken more photos in and of the hotel but we were having too much fun.

in the last weekMy family had brunch at the Hard Rock Cafe after a graduation ceremony, and it was awesome .👌🏽 I recommend that you valet park. Optional outside parking can be expensive. The food and service were great. We were a party of 11, and everyone was attended to with no wait. The hotel decor is beautiful and gives you a variety of spaces and little coves that are perfect for even the novice photographer 📸 😀. I look forward to our next family event or just for the experience again of visiting the Hard Rock Hotel .👍🏽👍🏽💯💫

a month agoWe switched to Hard Rock after checking out the other big chain hotels that had no beach and wasn’t very appealing. What a pleasant stay we had at the Hard Rock. Good service and location. Hotel is very well maintained. Had a great room that looked over the live entertainment. Hotel has a buzz and great atmosphere. Restaurant and pool food needs more vegetarian options.

a week agoThis is a review for the Rock Shop, not the hotel. We called ahead to ask about parking and were told there was paid parking across the street. We were trying to determine our options. We were not told about the valet parking. The shop was clean, well organized, and well stocked. Having been in another Hard Rock hotel would have been nice to see some more loungewear/beach options. The clerk at checkout was friendly but not very engaging. She was very professional.

a week agoStayed here due to the reviews being so great. Our experience was not great and we won't be back. First, I grabbed a luggage cart from the hobby and was immediately told by 2 employees that customers aren't allowed to touch the luggage carts. Why would they be freely located in the lobby? Next, there is no trash can in your room which was awful with 2 kids. We had a sun porch room which I felt unsafe in because the door does not lock and someone could easily climb over the gate right into our room. Not a kid friendly hotel. Front staff was rude when I called, but was a little nicer in person. Poor experience. Room was clean though.
