Hilton Miami Downtown Rooms Avg $185/Night

Downtown Miami Hilton was a great place to stay! We only stayed one night and had to check out really early for a flight back home. But, if we ever come back, we will absolutely stay again! The pool area and smoking area are so beautiful! We were able to get a room upgrade due to our Hilton status. The customer service from the staff members was exemplary! Especially from supervisor Cathrine M at the front desk! She went so above and beyond and made sure my husband and I were fully taken care of! Thanks so much Catherine! She called us when our room was ready, got us an early check-in, a room with a view, told us places to go in the city (gave us a map and directions) and was just so kind! We absolutely appreciated her! The hotels location is close to the airport, cruise port, and the Bayside Marketplace.

Amazing. The room was spotless and very stylish. The view was breathtaking. The staff was professional and very accommodating. .We were about to leave and decided to get lunch to go at the in house restaurant Brisas. We ordered and then looked around and decided the room was lovely and we should eat there. Danielle, our server was great. She set up the table, got us beverages and had the food out in minutes . The entire Hotel is wonderful and prices are very much in line. Would always recommend this lovely property.

The hotel is certainly not new, but the rooms are quite good. Good location, 20 minutes from the airport by taxi, a large supermarket nearby. The service is very good. The breakfasts are very tasty and inexpensive. In the future, it is better to leave toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room. We had to buy them in the store nearby

The lobby and pool area are beautiful! The corner room we had was very spacious and comfortable! The room view was amazing!!!!! Get the corner room on a high floor people! The bathroom needed some tlc and it was dated. Great location to Biscayne Street and the cruise terminal.

This hotel is close to the chaos of downtown which is good and bad. Valet is expensive but worth it since it’s the only option with no parking. Found 3 black hairs in the tub. Not clean. The bathtub has been spray-painted so many times it’s chipping. Why not just replace the tub when you’re charging over $200 a night for a room? The housekeeping is really bad .. Pubic hair in the bathroom, sticky floors… Not what I’m used to as a Hilton honors member. In addition the room is freezing and the thermostat doesn’t seem to be working. I called the front desk and they said they were sending someone up to help with room temperature but no one ever came. There’s no blankets in the closet To cover up with so I have to sleep in an icebox.
