3 weeks agoHands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the ambiance, service, food and drinks were exceptional from start to finish. Stuart the GM was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s a true professional and super personable. Noelle the bartender was incredible with good vibes only. Brent the bartender is a class act. So easy to talk to and absolutely hilarious. Overall this stay was a 10/10 and highly recommend especially to disconnect and to enjoy all this place has to offer.

a month agoGreat location on the beach and 5 min drive to Riveria Marina for boating / kayaking. Peanut Island is awesome with great snorkeling and kayaking. Overall the hotel renovation in July 2024 is great. Rooms are good. Service is fine. Beach is really wide and you can get umbrella and chairs. Pool was a bit crowded and could use more chairs/umbrellas, but you always have the beach as backup. Restaurant is fine. You can also drive 2 min south and hit up the main eating plaza with lots of restaurants too.

2 weeks agoI stayed for a short weekend trip. Has a wonderful time. The bartender Alexia was great! Her food recommendations were spot on! My only complaint would be there is no spa on site. Being a resort I would think a spa should be a requirement. As long as your ok with no on site spa I would recommend this location.

a month agoI have sort of mixed feelings on our stay. On the one hand, everyone at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating and the restaurant and bar staff were nice, however a lot went wrong this stay. Our room is in good condition, however, there are a couple things not right. The toilet paper holder was flat out broken, we arrived to a toilet paper roll sitting on the back of the toilet. Easy fix they should have done. The AC doesn’t come on until you turn it down to about 64 even though it’s high 70s in the room. It’s blowing but nothing cold is coming out before then. Our desk trash can was filled with coffee creamer empties even though we hadn’t had any coffee-which makes me concerned how thoroughly they cleaned. Then we had a jacuzzi incident. Apparently they had some issue with the chemicals and it burned our skin, bleached my daughter’s leg and arm hair and destroyed her swim suit (and another lady’s bracelet who was in the same time)…I told the front desk about it and then later confirmed with the front desk there was an issue and they shut it down-and they took a little off our room to pay for the swimsuit, but I kinda feel like if you leave us all feeling like we’re covered in razor burn, probably even more of an accommodation should be made. Everyone there was so nice, and an outside company runs the maintenance on their pool and jacuzzi so it was their fault and the hotel was doing what they could-once I identified the problem to keep others from being harmed. Everyone was nice and apologetic so my review reflects that but seriously my child had skin on fire for many hours.

2 weeks agoThis was our first time at the Singer Island Hilton. We were there for 4 nights. It was listed as a 4 star hotel, but the accommodations were only 3 star at best, but with 4 star prices. Torn and stained bedding, and the only chair in the room was stained. For a recent renovation, it was rather shabby. The cleaning crew did not vacuum the rooms, they just broomed them, including the carpet. Horrible, considering they allowed dogs in the rooms For a 4 star Hilton, the restaurant menu was really limited. Pool was ice cold, and not able to be used. We were told they did not heat it after winter. That's just wrong. The shining star were the employees!!! The front desk, the restaurant, the valet, the pool/towel people, the beach people, were all wonderful!!!
