a month agoOur recent stay at Arya Hotel and Suites in Coconut Grove was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency. Raul and Marina at the front desk were incredibly helpful, making our check-in seamless and always ready with a smile. Carlos, the concierge, went above and beyond to provide us with fantastic recommendations and ensure we had a truly memorable experience. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast with the fabulous Alex. His cheerful personality and attentive service, combined with the delicious breakfast spread, started our days off perfectly. And let's not forget the stunning pool and hot tub area! The views overlooking the marina were absolutely breathtaking, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. We spent many relaxing hours enjoying the beautiful setting. The Arya Hotel and Suites truly exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional service from Carlos, Raul, Marina, and Alex, along with the beautiful amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Coconut Grove

2 weeks agoThe hotel smells so good! What do you guys use? Location was awesome, a view of miami and the water, the pool was salt water with a jacuzzi over looking the ocean. Quiet with windows that opened. Only pesky part was the key card and parking.

a month agoWhat a find! Location is perfect for walking around the Coconut Grove area. The hotel is well maintained, luxurious, and clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Although Coconut Grove restaurants for breakfast are amazing, the $15 breakfast buffet in the hotel is exceptional. The highlight for us was the rooftop swimming pool and its magnificent views of the marina and harbor from the eighth floor. Note that the building houses both the Arya Hotel and condominiums. This caused some initial confusion for us regarding parking as we entered the hotel for the first time. Hotel guests must use valet parking.

2 months agoI found the staff to be polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice, the price point is excellent and just a really nice vibe, and it felt upscale even though the service (cleaning of room every other day, which should have been highlighted on check in), and service calls required 1 or 2 follow ups before they were addressed. I've stayed before and I'll stay again, all you have to do is have aligned expectations based on the price point and you're good! Gym was great, and the hotel smells good too. Lovely.

a month agoGood, bad and the ugly, in that order. First the good. Location is fantastic. Walkable, safe and beautiful location with a park across the street and parking was included in our room. The room was affordable. The bad: rooms are clean (smelled like bleach), but small (NYC size small) and dated. Daily maid service, which I expect, was not included - and this was not communicated at check in. Ugly: wow, is the service terrible. First, we pulled into the circle drive, and not only were we NOT welcomed, but the valet was literally hiring behind the stand texting his bros. He seemed disgruntled that he needed to help us, and instructed us to park where we were, blocking the drive and forcing other guests to back out onto a busy and dangerous street. Not good. Then, the worst was the clerk at the front desk - young woman with glasses and a large mole above her right eye. If you speak to her, know that she will NOT follow up on anything she promises. She'll scribble down your request, and it will NEVER happen. We needed a rollaway bed for our small child. Never delivered. We ask for soap. Never got it. Coffee - nope. She did not tell us about the cleaning schedule, how to access the hotel from the garage, anything. Enter at your own risk. In hindsight, I'd have paid more for decent service.
