3 weeks agoStaff was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool wasn't huge, but a respectable size and was well maintained. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked well, and they give you the ability to cast to the TV from your phone. Every extra we asked for was provided quickly and without question. All together Great affordable hotel. If I ever come back to Tampa I would without question stay here again.

2 months agoThe staff of this hotel are courteous and happy to engage with customers. We felt especially welcomed with our 1 year old. We had a very positive experience staying here. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The food server was constantly wiping tables, serving areas and refilling food. She was so kind to my family and a very hard worker. We were somewhat surprised at the location. Yes, it was easy off the highway, but tucked behind stores etc. I’ve stayed in Hyatts before and thought it would be a bigger hotel. Don’t let that deter you from staying here tho - simply commenting bc I didn’t know upon looking a reviews.

a week agoStayed here while my son had a multi day event at USF. What a beautiful room! Hotel staff is attentive and kind. The breakfast is generous and delicious. Might have to stay here again when we go to Busch Gardens because of their free shuttles.

2 months agoI had a great time at Hyatt Place Tampa Busch Gardens! The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. The staff was attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for resting and relaxing. The price was reasonable, especially considering the free parking and the delicious buffet breakfast with a great variety of options. I will definitely come back!

a month agoFront desk team were very professional and friendly. So were the housekeepers. The free breakfast was good, there were many options to choose from. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of a remodel. The beds and pillows were comfy. Wifi worked really well and the room had a decent size television.
