a week agoOur son and his now wife had their wedding at the hotel. We couldn't have had a better experience! The rooms where spotless, comfortable with many have great views of the ocean. The staff, especially Jared at the front desk, were overly accommodating to all of our needs and made our stay special. We accidently had an impromptu happy hour after rehearsal at the restaurant bar and over whelmed them, and not a single complaint from the staff as they hustled to get everyone their beverages and to make sure all were enjoying themselves. The set up for the ceremony overlooking the beach was magical and the cocktail reception outside was fantastic along with the set up and meals served for the wedding reception. We cannot recommend this hotel and spa enough for both events and a weekend getaway.

a month agoStayed for 5 nights during spring break, and the resort was wonderful! Rooms were very clean. Front desk service, housekeeping, and beach attendants were all very friendly. They only have valet parking, which is the only slight inconvenience, but they are quick so we never waited more than a couple minutes for our car. Having direct beach access is incredibly nice with kids- even on days with a riptide warning my kids enjoyed looking for shells and building sandcastles. Location is convenient to numerous restaurants and Roger Dean stadium. Will definitely stay here again!

3 weeks agoThis was not our first time at JBR. The rooms and overall furnishings have been updated to be clean modern. The staff were all near perfect. I say near perfect because a couple of the staff replied “no problem” to an offered thank you from me. Taken from the employee handbook of another resort hotel “No problem is a problem.” The food was delicious. The pace was perfect. The tub and pool are simple but pleasant. I don’t recall hearing a single “Marco Polo”during the week. Most surprising was price of room service … $4 for an enormous bowl of ice cream. That’s unheard of. They applied only the smallest mark up. The massage was among the most naturally skilled masseuses. I estimate that I have had about 1700 massages in my adult life. I think the hotel is mostly aimed at couples with children who have left the nest but return for low stress family visit. The only flaw we observed is that the day to day cleaning was pretty cursory. Hot water for showers or tub is plentiful.

Her seamless.attention to detail and truly amazing staff where bar none!!! GiGi and the staff made not only our dinner party and stay beyond any dream I could of thought of !! They all went above and beyond to make all our dreams come true and there will never be enough gratitude I could ever bestow on them for everything they did to make our day so perfect !!! GiGi thank you - your amazing - I’m so grateful we met you and you are all apart of our story and our family now forever !!! Thank you !!!

3 weeks agoLook it’s a gigantic improvement over the run down dump that the new owners took over. The renovation reinvented the restaurant and the little market is great. The service everywhere was top notch. The rooms are greatly improved but you can’t change the fact that the bathrooms are tiny and the balcony’s are essentially useless. The pool area still feels very run down and for some reason there is really bad music playing everywhere- it’s like 90’s rock all day and night. Seems ok by the pool at 1pm but when you sit down for dinner at 7pm in the elegant restaurant and Oasis comes in the box it’s kind of weird…. The beach is super nice and the beach service is top notch. All in all the Jupiter area was sorely missing a decent hotel and Jupiter Beach does get “decent” done, but no more.
