a week agoI’ve stayed at Roami at Habitat Brickell several times now, and honestly, it’s become my go-to whenever I’m in Miami. The place is super spacious, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need — full kitchen with all the utensils, comfy living areas, and even parking, which is a huge plus in Brickell. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything but still peaceful and quiet, which is rare. I’ve always felt safe and relaxed here, whether I’m working or just taking a break. What I love most is how consistent everything is — every time I come back, it feels like home. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in Miami, this is it.

a week agoThe best service apartment closer I have stayed in recent past. 10 minutes walking distance from Public Super market, Liquor shop, Super Cut and the happening place ie Down Town, full of restaurants, pubs, bars....and not to forget Metro train station that connects with main lines The apartment itself is very well maintained with 24x7 reception, well appointed, spacious, airy, lights, modern gadgets, crockery, cutlery, roof top terrace, gym. I would prefer to stay here next time I visit Miami. Place is 20 minutes away by taxi to South Beach, 10 minutes from the Bayside and a walking distance to the entertainment street and shopping mall. Must consider if you want to enjoy your stay. Not to forget, a really good housekeeping staff who takes care and ensures your stay is super enjoyable, fulfilling, satisfying, value for money matching your expectations.

5 months agoAwesome experience from start to finish. The apartment was super comfortable. The staff are so friendly and professional. The facility is very well maintained. The location is central and convenient for people visiting Miami. Special shoutout to Julio, Gerald, Jessica and David who made us feel at home from day one. My family and I will miss them a lot!

a month agoThis is my FAIR review. My 4th times here, it was always no more than 15 days, and the overall was pretty good This time was a 4 months and by my experience this is not the place for long stay...... Positive point location 5 stars Negative points They move the fitness center from building 2 to building one on the last floor Open 24 hours, then you have residents next to the fitness center with the people dropping weights like animals and you hear all the vibrations, when its 11pm or 1 am in the morning you can rest, then you can call the office they are sending a person to warn the people to be quiet, really??? when you wake up in the middle of the night you re not very happy. Then they close the pool in building 2 at 8pm then residents can rest, but the fitness center on the building 1 is open 24 hours , no make sens at all. In four months twice the TV system on the building 1 was shut down, for a total of 2 weeks. Then no apologies, just letting you know, that they are working on it, no commercial gesture....for all of this, price are too expensive with the service they provide you. Last thing monthly parking is between $350 to $400 month. . If you stay on a long stay you have better option in Brickell or coral gables, newer buildings and less expensive. If you stay for one or two weeks prices are competitive and perfect location ...... Very disappointed this time The manager do what he can , but he has a limited decision power aparrently.

a month agoI rarely leave bad reviews but people should know about this place. I booked for the first time through Marriott Homes and was optimistic about the place. But as soon as I checked in I ran into issues. First, the rooms are not as nice and modern as they appear to be online. The kitchen was outdated and it just wasn’t as polished or luxurious as the photos led me to believe. It was instead rather dingy. The place was pretty large (1 bed 1 bath) which is great if you plan to spend a lot of time inside. They also allow pets which is nice. However, none of the TVs worked! I went back to guest services and they said none of the TVs on the property were working and that they should be back up by tomorrow, which I highly doubted because there were fundamentally issues with the TVs, not just a connection error. And it was March Madness. The front desk worker gave me a Fire stick but even that didn’t work. Long story short I ended up checking out immediately after I checked in and stayed at Aloft Dadeland owned by Marriott. If you’re looking for a more modern Airbnb type feel, this is not the place for you.
