a week agoNice full service bar in lobby. Functional buffet breakfast ($25). Laid back atmosphere. Full housekeeping. SMALL euro-style rooms not much room to spread out but affordable rates. Good gym and pool. Friendly front desk. In/out 24 hr parking $25/day extra. Location exceptional. Comparable in a sense to Aloft or Moxy I suppose.

3 weeks agoWell-valued modern hotel! I highly enjoyed my stay here over the weekend. Lots of guests stayed here and also people who come in just for their cafe. Excellent facilities - comfortable and clean. 🏊Swimming pool and patio is large and has a bar near it. Pool and patio is covered by a roof (no sun) except for a small area with a few chairs that gets sun. 👩💼📤Meeting rooms are clean and quiet. Great location for my team gathering. 📍In the heart of Brickell, Miami! So conveniently located near the water, shops, and great attractions. 🏨Enjoy your stay!

2 months agoI had an incredible experience at YOTEL Hotel! Dawn, the bartender, was absolutely amazing. Her energy was so positive and welcoming it really elevated the whole atmosphere. On top of that, she made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! It was perfectly balanced and delicious. Dawn’s exceptional service and talent have definitely made me a returning customer. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Dawn!

a month agoExcellent choice, great quality service and location in Miraflores. Ariana the owner manger is fantastic, Flor the housekeeper, waiter and host during the day will make you feel at home. Maria is there on Sundays. They make a great breakfast, most rooms have A/C and the living room and dining area are very comfortable and clean. Been there a few stays and we plan to return.

3 weeks agoHidden Fees & Awful Customer Service – DO NOT BOOK!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I requested a 5-hour late check-out, and at no point was I informed about any additional charges. However, after my stay, I was shocked to find a 71% late check-out fee of a full day’s charge added to my bill. That is absolutely outrageous for just a few extra hours! When I reached out for clarification, instead of resolving the issue, the hotel accused me of being dishonest, claiming the Manager on Duty had informed me about the charge—which never happened. If this is true, I challenge them to show proof of when and how this was communicated to me. To make matters worse, the room itself was lacking. No coffee machine, no bottled water, and to top it off, the bathroom door didn’t even close properly. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are much better options where you won’t be hit with hidden fees and poor customer service.
