a month agoIf you’re looking for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy paradise vibes, Tiki Bar is absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is peaceful, tropical, and welcoming. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset — truly picture-perfect. The drinks are delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. Ana provided excellent customer service — she was so kind, professional, and made our experience even more special. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy great music, and soak in the island energy. I highly recommend this place for a romantic evening, a fun time with friends, or simply to treat yourself to a little escape. I will definitely be coming back! 🌴🍹✨

2 months agoWe stayed here and also at Isla Bella. They are sister properties- while we were here you could go between the two. Tranquility won hands down for… tranquility. Lots less people, much more connected to the ocean, better beach. Isla Bella wins in pretty much the rest of the categories- pools, activities, vibe, spa, swank, etc. If you want to get away- I’d say try Tranquility Bay. If you want to get seen- go with Isla Bella. Either way, you’ll be happy if the weather cooperates!

2 months agoTranquility Bay is a beautiful property but the rooms are very dated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and while the size of the condo and the location is great, it is in desperate need of new flooring (the carpet on the steps was gross) and total renovations of the bathrooms. In terms of cleanliness- it was okay. We were comfortable and enjoyed our trip, but it is pricy for the current state of the unit.

a month agoThe resort is very pretty but has definite room for (needed) improvement. Our room was a garden suite and while comfortable and clean: a) it had an outdated coffee maker with annoying single-serving packets of powdered creamer and sugar b) no effective mechanism for hanging clothes, and c) an episodically very noisy compressor from the utility closet located in the room. Our room was generally not being cleaned until around 4:00 which is when we were returning from activities. Service was spotty — staff at the tiki bar were attentive but not welcoming (where as our experience on the Keys was that service people were surprisingly friendly), we requested a cork screw and wine glasses for our room and received them 4 hours later (well beyond time of need), and perhaps most frustrating, our expensive breakfasts arrived cold.

a month agoWhat a dump! And we’re paying over $1000/night for a luxury resort in the Keys! Arrived last night at 10pm. No bar. No breakfast. (“Sorry we don’t offer table breakfast.”) No room service. (“We’re busy.” So they couldn’t deliver even a cold breakfast until an hour and a half after we left for the day to drive down and see Key West!) No internet. And the most disgusting filthy black carpeting I have ever seen. My wife wouldn’t go to the bathroom at night without putting her shoes on. And sand in the bed! I wish I could cancel the rest of the stay. Avoid Tranquility Bay at all costs! Pretty location, but this is a dump with bad service!
