in the last weekCasa marina is far and away an amazing place to stay. We went out and explored the city but realistically there’s no reason to leave. The concierge was amazing with setting up excursions and golf cart rental which is actually a great way to get around town. Got a little scared once we took it to Dunkin’ Donuts on Rt 1 but other than that it was great to ride on. Rooms were gorgeous and got to see iguanas sitting in the trees right off the balcony! So cool

2 months agoWe just love staying at Casa Marina. It has quickly become the only place we will stay in Key West! Patrick at the front desk is top notch!!! He is always friendly and takes care of everything to ensure we have a wonderful stay. Can’t say enough good things about Patrick. Also, great service from Mike and Nicole the bartenders too. They are so personable and love taking with them. Way to go Casa Marina!!! Thanks for making our stay (and our birthdays) so memorable and enjoyable.

2 weeks agoVery happy with our room and the service. Storage was minimal, it would have been nice for the closet area to be separated from the bathroom. Our only real complaint about our room was that one of the two black-out curtains was missing. Not sure if it was broken and hadn't been repaired yet or they're trying to save money by not providing curtain to cover full windows. This should really be fixed, it was very bright in the room.

2 months agoWe had high expectations for the Hilton Marina Key West, and the resort itself definitely lived up to them. The location is stunning, the property is beautifully designed, and the restaurant right by the water offers a fantastic atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were promised an upgrade and received a terrace suite—which sounded great at first. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was extremely small, with an awkward layout where you practically had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. There were no towel racks or storage options. The room layout was also not ideal: the bed was positioned in such a way that you could only watch TV from the side, and there was no table and only one chair—meaning only one person could sit comfortably in front of the TV. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was positioned so that the airflow blew directly onto the bed, making it either too hot or too drafty to sleep comfortably. By the next morning, we didn’t feel well-rested at all. Despite these drawbacks, one thing remains true: the property itself is beautiful, and the waterfront setting is truly special. If you value the surroundings and spend most of your time outdoors, you will enjoy your stay. However, the rooms—especially in terms of comfort and functionality—could definitely use some improvement. Overall Verdict: Stunning location, but the rooms need improvement.

4 weeks agoThe outside and lobby are lovely. A bit sparse on shade, pools are meh, and the beach is great. That’s the good. Now the bad. Halls are scratched, paint ruined and dirty, paper thin walls … rooms are a step up from a motel 6 at best. I’m surprised they didn’t have shower curtains. The worst part was the staff. Other than the front desk (in person- more on that in a bit), everyone didn’t seem to give a coconut. They were rude, staff spending more time on their phone than cleaning your rooms (if they did at all). Wait staff didn’t care, and you can’t use the few amenities when you want to. Front desk never picks up the phone when you call. If you are spending more than $1,000 for two night, you should be mad. Not. Worth. It.
