a month agohad a great stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean, well kept, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything spotless. Check-in was easy, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything was exactly as it should be. Overall it was a perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

a month agoThe rooms are very out dated! Stains on outdated carpet. Rusted legs on an old paint chipped vanity in the bathroom and the bathroom smelled of urine. I’m sure our suite was very nice back in the day, but currently not so much. On the plus side the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This is the second DoubleTree we’ve stayed at with the same issues. We’re changing brands.

3 months agoThe service here is excellent and the staff has always been very helpful and inviting. However, this hotel charges a premium for rooms that are in drastic need of a refresh and are lacking in common amenities. Most rooms do not have a mini fridge or microwave. All of the furniture and fixtures are old and in many cases pretty beat up. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the down pillows brick up and make for an uncomfortable morning with a crick in the neck. Our bathroom was leaking and not very well clean, to the point where stepping in the shower w/o shoes seemed potentially risky. We were hanging out with 2 other couples and their rooms were pretty much the same as ours, across 3 different floors. Overall, we won't be back to this hotel. Better to spend the same money at one of the other hotels within a block of here that are much nicer.

a month agoThis a shame to Hilton. The bathroom is not being cleaned before my arrival. Stains are on the bathtub. The glass door is a pain when the water is too hot for me to turn it off and clean the tub with my own hands. No outlet for me to do iron without run it in the bathroom which is not thoughtful design, not user friendly. The coffee maker is another joke without outlet at where it was stored and I have make extra effort to remove it from the cabinet and find an outlet for coffee. The room is noisy and you can hear the elevator moving all day long. No worth for the money. Staff are not friendly. No microwave in room like mentioned in google. Hilton needs to catch up with the way how people live. Uber eats cannot support my needs when staying here. Food options are not great with the food service in this hotel.

5 months agoI want to start by acknowledging the staff — every service worker I encountered was kind, professional, and attentive. Their hospitality was truly the best part of my stay. However, the room itself had several issues that really impacted the experience. The space looked like it needed to be re-renovated; the paint was chipping, and there was a noticeable gap in the doorway that made the room feel less private. The shower also had problems — the water didn’t flow all the way down properly and began to rise, and there was a lingering odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not include a refrigerator or microwave, which are usually standard amenities and would have been helpful. Overall, the hotel’s aesthetics felt outdated and in need of a meaningful upgrade. While the staff delivered great service, the room conditions left much to be desired. I hope the property can address these concerns to match the quality of their team.
